Service to be provided:
Provide "Ceremony Workbook" – either hard copy or Electronic file.
Conduct Marriage Ceremony / File Marriage Cert.

**Note: This $ amount negotiated prior to filling out Order Form

Payment Terms:
A non-refundable booking fee of $50.00 is due within (7) seven days of contract signing
**Note: Date will not be held until deposit is received.
The balance of the fee is due prior to the ceremony.
Advance payment may be made by check.
Payments made the day of rehearsal or day of ceremony must be made in CASH

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
If the wedding is cancelled any time before the scheduled wedding date, the remaining balance will not be charged. If the wedding is cancelled on the scheduled wedding date, the balance of the fee will be due and payable as if the wedding had occurred.
In the event the officiant does not perform as contracted and does not provide a substitute, all monies paid will be refunded, including deposit.
In the event the scheduled Officiant is prohibited from officiating at the couple’s ceremony as planned due to hospitalization, auto accident, and/or transportation breakdown/disruption or other unforeseen incapacitation or cause of non-arrival on the day of the ceremony, A Wedding Just For You, will make every attempt to provide for a substitute Officiant who can provide substantially the same type/level of service. In any event, A Wedding Just For You, Rev. Safford, the Officiant, their agents and assigns shall NOT be held liable for any compensation or any damages due to non-performance of any ceremony/function resulting from such incapacitation, non-arrival, late arrival, errors or omissions of any type.

Terms Acceptance:
by selecting "Yes" to "Accept terms", the parties hereto agree to the terms and conditions as described above and have caused this Order Form/ Contract to be valid as of the Effective Date on the "Order Form".
